Work with Us!
Interested in joining the collective? Learn more about how working with Thrive can be a positive, supportive experience, when that can sometimes be difficult to find in our field. I am passionate about truly helping clinicians thrive.
My name is Muirenn, and I’m the founder of Thrive Therapy NW. Being a therapist comes with so many challenges, and particularly during the associate years. I was always frustrated by the barriers and lack of supportive opportunities associates have to face, and shocked by the way associates can be treated in our field. I have always felt drawn to helping other therapists as we navigate 1) a very difficult system, and 2) very difficult jobs! I want to foster a place of support for others in the field, and this is why I have expanded my solo practice to a collective practice. I want new therapists to know that there are ways of working around a difficult system, that you have power and control in your success, and that you can have a positive experience on your path to getting established. Like my values in approaching client work, I value a safe, supportive space for therapists to work as comfortably as possible. I’m highly motivated to help other therapists succeed.
Joining Thrive gives you the option to be in-network with insurance (both as an associate and a fully licensed therapist), learn how to bill insurance (if you want to), learn how to run a successful private practice, gives you access to an office, and gives you dedicated guidance, support, and consultation as you grow. Plus, I offer one of the highest paying 1099 options in the area.
You have multiple options when joining us - you can choose to do insurance billing only, or to become a member of the collective where you can choose partial or full support. There are different benefits to each option. Read below to learn more.

Not currently accepting new billing members at this time.
For associates and fully licensed clinicians: Billing through us gives you the option to be in-network with Premera, Lifewise, Anthem, and some BlueCross BlueShield plans through my group NPI. I can teach you how to submit claims, or I can do it for you. With this option, you are fully your own independent private practice. Billing only members do not get the additional supports that collective members do.
For fully licensed clinicians only: In addition to billing the above insurances, you can also be in-network with Regence through our group contract, which allows you take Regence, Asuris, and all BlueCross BlueShield Plans. Joining a group contract is a quicker credentialing option, typically taking about 30-45 days compared to individually contracting, which takes about 60-90 days.
Billing only is a 1099 contract position. You pay a 5% fee for your insurance clients, and you keep 100% of your private pay earnings.
